The Housekeeper role is crafted for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual. Core Responsibilities:
Bespoke Home Cleaning: Execute a tailored cleaning plan for each residence, considering client preferences and specific home configurations. Detailed tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Begin with a detailed survey of each room, identifying items that require special attention, such as fragile ornaments, sensitive electronics, and high-value collectibles.
- Employ an assortment of dusting tools tailored to different surfaces and items: use ultra-soft microfiber cloths for glossy surfaces to prevent scratches, natural bristle brushes for intricate carvings and textures, and compressed air for sensitive electronics and hard-to-reach areas.
- Implement a top-to-bottom dusting strategy to ensure that all surfaces are covered efficiently and to prevent re-settling of dust. This includes the tops of doors, window frames, light fixtures, and ceiling fans, moving downwards to furniture and baseboards.
- Apply a gentle touch when handling heirlooms or delicate items, possibly using gloves to avoid transferring oils from skin. For particularly valuable or aged items, consult care instructions or the client’s preferences to ensure preservation.
- Regularly rinse or replace dusting cloths and tools to avoid transferring dirt and ensure maximum effectiveness throughout the cleaning process.

- Conduct an initial assessment to determine the flooring types present throughout the home, noting any special conditions such as antique wood, exotic tiles, or designer carpets.
- Develop a customized cleaning plan for each type of flooring, selecting specific eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning agents that are effective and safe for each material to ensure environmental responsibility while maintaining the integrity and appearance of the floors.
- For hardwood floors, apply a tailored cleaning regimen that includes sweeping with a soft-bristle broom, vacuuming with a non-beater bar setting, and mopping with a damp (not wet) mop along with a specialized hardwood floor cleaner to enhance the natural grain without causing warping or water damage.
- Address marble and tile with the highest quality solutions, employing soft mops and non-abrasive tools to clean and preserve the shine without leaving streaks. For grout lines, use targeted cleaners to brighten and sanitize without eroding the sealant.
- Treat carpets with a focus on sustainability and fabric care, using HEPA-filter vacuums to remove dust and allergens, spot treatment with eco-friendly solutions, and professional eco-conscious steam cleaning methods for deep-set dirt and stains.
— — Comprehensive Cleaning of Furniture, Fixtures, and Fittings:

- Recondition leather furniture with natural,highest quality products, treat wooden surfaces with organic oils, and refresh fabrics with gentle, eco-friendly detergents, followed by proper airing to remove any residual scents or moisture.

- Initiate the kitchen cleaning process by decluttering all surfaces, systematically emptying cabinets and pantries to remove outdated items, and organizing contents for efficient use while inspecting for signs of pests or spoilage.
- Deep clean appliances using eco-friendly degreasers and cleaners that are safe for food contact surfaces, paying special attention to areas prone to bacteria buildup such as refrigerator seals, oven interiors, and cutting boards.
- Sanitize all countertops, backsplashes, and sink areas with natural, food-safe disinfectants, ensuring thorough coverage and rinse to maintain a hygienic cooking environment free from harmful chemicals.
- Address dining furniture with care, cleaning tables and chairs with appropriate non-toxic cleaners that do not leave residues or odors, ensuring a safe and pleasant dining experience.
- Finalize the kitchen and dining area cleaning with a meticulous inspection, ensuring every surface, nook, and cranny surpasses hygiene standards, leaving the areas pristine, organized, and ready for culinary activities.
Advanced Sanitization Protocols: Implement cutting-edge sanitization techniques to maintain environments that not only look clean but are scientifically proven to be hygienic, focusing on:
- High-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and electronic devices.
- Bathrooms, using hospital-grade disinfectants and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and polished.
- Children’s rooms and play areas, employing child-safe products and methods.
Laundry and Fabric Care: Provide comprehensive laundry services, including:
- Sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of clothing.
- Special care for luxury fabrics, hand-washing, and precise stain removal.
- Linen management, ensuring beds and bathrooms are outfitted with fresh, impeccably laundered linens.
Organizational Expertise: Reorganize and maintain areas for aesthetic appeal and practicality, involving:
- Detailed decluttering of spaces, creating organized, visually appealing environments.
- Inventory management of household supplies, ensuring all items are stocked and orderly.
- Personalized organization of closets, cabinets, and storage areas, aligning with client lifestyles and preferences.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential cleaning.
- A profound understanding of cleaning and maintenance protocols, with an emphasis on luxury environments.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation: The starting pay for the Housekeeper position ranges from $17 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
